Another spin on the traditional burger for the George Foreman Grill! I plan to try this with different varieties of apples to see which goes best with turkey.
3/4 pound ground skinless turkey breast
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet apple
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
4 hamburger buns
Combine turkey, apple, parsley, bread crumbs, and salt. Form into patties.
Grill until desired doneness. Serve on lightly toasted hamburger buns.
