Use these mushrooms in sandwiches or as side dishes. Add butter or oil for additional flavor!
1 medium-large portobello mushroom
Wipe mushrooms clean and remove stems.
Place mushrooms on the grill, close lid and cook until the mushrooms are done all the way through. This can take a surprisingly long time — 10 to 15 minutes — depending on the thickness of the mushrooms.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
